Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)  provides a revolutionary approach to understanding and healing trauma by using the attachment bond between partners as a place of healing.

This workshop will focus on how to use attachment related emotions in couple relationships to organize trauma experiences, create internal integration, and form secure, healing attachment connections.  This workshop will include short presentations, video demonstration and small group exercises
